At Empire Furniture Outlet, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services to our customers in Dallas-Fort Worth, Frisco, surrounding areas, and throughout Texas. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery Requirements and Signature
A signature is required upon all delivery options, and the recipient must be over 18 years of age. If the recipient is different from the buyer, a valid government-issued ID is required, and the signature must match the name on the ID. Customers are responsible for ensuring an authorized person is available to receive and sign for the delivery.


1. Customer Responsibility for Measurements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and into the intended room. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all relevant spaces prior to placing an order. Empire Furniture Outlet is not liable for items that do not fit upon delivery. 2. Order Confirmation and Delivery Scheduling
Once an order is placed, a customer service representative will contact you via email or phone to confirm order details and discuss available delivery dates. We strive to accommodate your preferred delivery date, subject to availability.
3. Delivery Options and Pricing
We offer the following delivery options:  
Doorstep Delivery: $99 – Item(s) will be delivered to the inside of your front door. Does not include assembly , clean up or demonstration.

Room of Choice Delivery: $129 – Item(s) will be delivered to a room of your choice within your home. Does not include assembly , clean up or demonstration.

White Glove Delivery and Setup: $179 – Item(s) will be delivered to a room of your choice and set up by our team. Includes pick up .


All delivery fees are per order and apply to deliveries within Dallas-Fort Worth, Frisco, and surrounding areas. For shipping throughout Texas, additional fees may apply; please contact us for a quote.
4. Payment for Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are due at the time of purchase and will be included in your order total unless otherwise arranged. Customers may also pay the delivery fee via cash or Zelle at the time of delivery. No items will enter the home until the delivery fee is paid in full.
5. Delivery Notifications
We cannot provide a specific delivery time frame, but the shipping company will contact you 1-2 hours prior to arrival on the scheduled delivery date to provide an estimated time of arrival. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address, additional fees may apply for redelivery. Please ensure accurate contact and address information is provided at the time of purchase to avoid delays or extra costs.
7. Service Area
Next-day delivery is available for customers in Dallas-Fort Worth, Frisco, and surrounding areas. Standard shipping is provided throughout Texas. For inquiries about delivery options or availability, please contact us at info@empirefurnitureoutlet.com or via Facebook or Instagram.
8. Additional Notes / Delays
Empire Furniture Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
